Usage
Mix 2x1 portion (2x5 g = 2x1 scoop) of powder+ with 2x50 ml of water. Take one serving 15 minutes before training and one serving during training!
WARNINGS:
High caffeine content [200 mg caffeine per serving (400 mg caffeine/100 ml ready-to-drink)]. Not recommended for children, pregnant or breastfeeding women.
