Usage

Use 1 Cell-Tech® Sauce with 6 oz of water immediately after your workout. If you are not exercising that day, drink a serving in the morning when you wake up. As with all creatine products, maintain adequate hydration during use.

For best results: Immediately after your workout, drink 2 Cell-Tech® Dressing with 12 oz of water. If you don't workout that day, take 2 shakes in the morning when you wake up.

For best results: First 7 days (loading phase): Take 2 Cell-Tech® shakes with 12 oz of water in the morning when you wake up and 2 shakes with 12 oz of water immediately after your workout. If you are not exercising that day, take 2 12 oz. soaks in the morning when you wake up and 2 12 oz. soaks later in the day.
