Cod liver oil (fish), coating composition (gelatine, humectant: glycerol; purified water), retinol (vitamin A), cholecalciferol (vitamin D).

Use
Take 1 portion (1 capsule) daily.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Do not use as a substitute (replacement) for a varied diet. A balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle are recommended.
