Isostar Energy Bar contains a complex of simple and complex carbohydrates that provide energy during intense and prolonged exercise.

They are rich in vitamin B1, vitamin B2, vitamin PP, vitamin C and vitamin E. Vitamins B2, B6 and C help to ensure optimal energy metabolism, or the conversion of nutrients into energy, and reduce weakness and fatigue. Vitamin E helps protect cells from oxidative stress. The energy bar is low in lipids, which improves absorption rate.

Suitable for use before exercise (3h to 1h30 min before) or during exercise.
