Maca is a wild tuber-like plant from Peru that is rich in phytonutrients, amino acids and fatty acids, as well as vitamins and minerals. It is not for nothing that Peruvians call it a superfood, but because of its physiological effects, which are similar to ginseng, it is often referred to as Peruvian ginseng.
Its use dates back a very long time, for example, Inca warriors regularly used it before battle to increase their strength and stamina. Not only was it used for this purpose, but people also used it to prepare various dishes - dried, ground.

Maca extract 62,8% [Maca (Lepidiummeyenii) root extract, maltodextrin], filler (calcium phosphates), capsule shell [gelatin, glaze (shellac), colour (iron oxides and hydroxides), acidity regulator (ammonium hydroxide), acidity regulator (potassium hydroxide)], anti-caking agents (magnesium salts of fatty acids, silicon dioxide).
Produced in an establishment producing dairy, egg, gluten, soy, crustacean, sulphur dioxide and nut-containing foods.
Usage
Take 2 capsules daily with a glass of water. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose!
