Mega Daily One Plus is a multivitamin and mineral complex with 25 ingredients!
It contains high doses of vitamins B and C, in addition to essential minerals including magnesium, selenium and zinc. Vitamin C contributes to the normal functioning of the immune and nervous systems and helps to reduce fatigue and exhaustion.
It also helps maintain normal immune function during and after intense exercise (useful if you take 200 mg per day in addition to the recommended daily amount of vitamin C). Vitamin B2 helps maintain normal vision and red blood cells. Folate contributes to normal amino acid synthesis.
Mega Daily One Plus capsule contains 250% of the recommended daily amount of vitamin D3! Vitamin D contributes to normal muscle and immune function and better absorption of calcium and phosphorus.
Zinc promotes normal fertility, reproduction and maintains normal testosterone levels in the blood, as well as normal macronutrient metabolism.
Magnesium contributes to normal nervous system function and muscle (including heart muscle) contraction. It also promotes protein synthesis and ensures normal bone and dental health.
Selenium promotes normal spermatogenesis, thyroid function and is useful for dry hair and brittle nails.
