OstroVit Lecithin 1200 mg
Lecithin is a phospholipid compound that acts as the main building block of cell membranes in our body. It is found in the kidneys, brain, liver and in the nerve cells that make up tissues. Lecithin was first extracted from the yolks of chicken eggs, but is now lysed from plants as a by-product of oil processing. Although lecithin is difficult to obtain from food, the best way is to supplement it.

Soya lecithin, coating ingredients (gelatine, humectant: glycerol; water).
This product may contain milk (including lactose), peanuts, other nuts, sesame seeds, oats, eggs, crustaceans, fish.
Usage
Take 1 serving (2 capsules) daily with meals.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Do not use as a substitute (replacement) for a varied diet. A balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle are recommended. Do not take if you are allergic to any of the ingredients. Do not use for children, pregnant or breastfeeding women. Keep out of the reach of children.
