Melatonin
It is a derivative of tryptophan. It is produced in our body as a hormone by the pineal gland. Melatonin is produced in smaller amounts by the digestive system, leucocytes or bone marrow. It is called the sleep hormone because it plays an important role in regulating sleep time as well as during walking throughout the day. It is responsible for feeling sleepy and for lowering temperature and blood pressure during the night.
An important problem is the sudden change of time zone, the so-called "jet-lag". The symptoms are caused by a malfunction of the biological clock. The proper functioning of the biological clock depends on the production of melatonin and cortisol. Melatonin helps to shorten the time it takes to fall asleep and to reduce the subjective sensation caused by sudden time zone change syndrome. Melatonin also helps to reduce oxidative stress.

Ingredients
Fillers: microcrystalline cellulose, starch; anti-caking agents: calcium phosphate, magnesium salts of fatty acids, silicon dioxide; melatonin.
May contain milk (including lactose), soya, peanuts, other nuts, sesame seeds, cereals containing gluten, eggs, crustaceans, fish.
Usage
Take 1 serving (1 tablet) daily 30 minutes before bedtime. Beneficial effects are obtained if 1 mg of melatonin is taken shortly before bedtime or 0.5 mg shortly before bedtime on the first day of travel and for the next few days after arrival at the destination.
Do not exceed the recommended daily intake. The food supplement cannot be used as a substitute (replacement) for a varied diet. A balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle are recommended. Do not use if you are allergic to any of the product ingredients. The product should not be used by children, pregnant women and breastfeeding women. Keep out of the reach of young children.
Do not drive or operate machinery, do not use in combination with alcohol and other medicines, including herbal remedies.
