Creatine is usually taken intermittently, taking a certain amount per day, depending on the phase of use (recharging and self-administration).

Ingredients
100% creatine monohydrate.
Use
Day 1-5: Mix 5 g of powder with 200-400 ml of water, take 4 times a day, evenly splitting the intake times (breakfast/lunch/brunch/dinner).
Day 6+: mix one serving (5 g) of powder with 200-400 ml of water, take 1 time daily in the morning or during training. Also take on rest days.
Continue to take the product for 4-10 weeks, followed by a 4-week break. Avoid caffeinated beverages while taking creatine. Take plenty of water during use.
