BCAAs and EAAs - essential nutrients for optimal muscle health. BCAA, or Branch Chain Amino Acids, are formed from three of the nine essential amino acids - leucine, isoleucine and valine. These amino acids are found in foods such as meat, dairy products and legumes. BCAAs promote protein synthesis in muscles and reduce muscle destruction and are often used to improve sports performance, prevent fatigue and reduce muscle destruction.

Essential amino acids (EAAs) are important for promoting muscle protein synthesis, which allows the body to function, recover and grow. Unlike BCAAs, the body cannot synthesise EAAs on its own and they must be obtained through the diet, as there is no metabolic pathway for their synthesis.

When you take BCAAs, you get a specific combination of three amino acids, whereas when you take EAAs, you get all nine essential amino acids. Optimise your muscle health with the power of BCAAs and EAAs.
