Yes, we recommend Grenade® Thermo Detonator® during the day and Black Ops® before training. Make sure there is at least a 3 hour gap between taking both products and neither is taken less than 5 hours before bedtime.
CAN I TAKE BLACK OPS® WITH WHEY PROTEIN AND HYDRA 6®?
Yes, there is no barrier to using Black Ops® in combination with whey protein. Whey protein is essentially a carefully processed food with a high protein content, which is often necessary for people who lead an active lifestyle.
WHAT KIND OF WORKOUTS SHOULD I DO TO GET THE BEST RESULTS WITH BLACK OPS®?
It is recommended to do 2-3 HIIT workouts per week to lose fat mass. HIIT or High Intensity Interval Training is cardio exercise in intervals where you can vary between high intensity exercise (e.g. jogging) and low intensity exercise (e.g. slow jogging). A simple example would be a 5-minute warm-up on the treadmill followed by 30 seconds at 18 km/h and 60 seconds at 8 km/h, repeating this for 10-15 intervals. Clearly, training at this intensity may not be possible when you first come to the gym, but adapting this type of training to your ability will give you the best weight loss results. HIIT training has been shown to burn more calories in a shorter time than steady-state, low-intensity cardio training. In addition, strength training 3-4 times a week increases muscle size and tone, and bigger muscles allow you to burn more fat during the day. On days when you don't do HIIT, you can do a slow cardio workout (walk, bike ride, etc.).
HOW LONG CAN I TAKE BLACK OPS® ?
There are no restrictions on how long you can take Black Ops®, but we recommend a 2-week break after 6-8 weeks of use. Until your desired weight is reached, you can stop using the product or continue using it when you want to achieve a leaner body mass (e.g. before the summer season or before an important event).

Ingredients

Usage
Take 2 capsules with water in the morning on an empty stomach. Take 1 portion (2 capsules) with water 30 minutes before lunch. To get your body more used to the dose, we recommend taking 1 capsule twice a day for the first 7 days.
For a really powerful workout, take 2 capsules before your workout. In addition, take at least 8 glasses of water per day. Do not exceed 4 capsules per day!
