One drink (330 ml) contains 180 mg of caffeine. This amount is equal to two cups of coffee a day.
What is the difference between amino acids and proteins?
Proteins are made up of different amino acids. When we consume protein, our body breaks it down into amino acids to make new proteins for our body. NOCCO BCAA already has hydrolyzed proteins or ready-made amino acids that our body can immediately utilize.
