I just ordered an entire box of the chocolate flavor and must say that I find the taste and consistency deeply unpleasant. Upon reading the ingredients (they were in Latvian on the website and I admit I didn't bother translating), I can see that this is one of those typical protein bars that fills the bar with less than desirable filler ingredients, including maltitol, which harms the beneficial gut bacteria. And sorbitol, I believe, which also kills beneficial gut bacteria. It's a shame that so many of the protein bars out there are so incredibly unhealthy. Best to just buy a big bag of, say, peanut protein powder and add that to - anything, and not have to take in a lot of artificial sweeteners, preservatives, chemicals or extra sugar. That was a real waste of money as I won't eat them and don't feel good about giving them away either. There are other bars that have equally regrettable ingredients but at least taste better :)
