Ingredients
Chocolate strawberry: Wholegrain spelled flour (contains gluten), whey protein concentrate (from milk) [contains lecithins(1); soy lecithins (2)] egg white powder, MCT oil (70%) coconut oil powder microencapsulated with gum arabic, maltodextrin, anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide; starch, freeze-dried strawberry (2%), cocoa, emulsifier: lecithins; raising agent: sodium carbonates; flavouring, salt, sweetener: sucralose.
Usage
Pour 45 g of powder (4 scoops) in a glass, pour in 65 ml of water/milk/vegetable drink and mix thoroughly.
Place the mug in the microwave for about 2 minutes at 800 W.
When baking, check the degree of rise (if necessary, open the microwave door and wait a while for the product to fall).
Leave for 30 seconds to dry.
