Use

On resting days take 2 tablets in the morning and 2 tablets in the evening.

On workout days take 2 tablets in the morning and 2 more tablets 30 minutes before the workout.

Do not exceed the recommended dosage. Should not be consumed on an empty stomach.

Not recommended for people with medical condition and/or taking medications. EGCG [(-)-epigallocate- chin-3-gallate] content is 3.5 mg/portion (2 tablets). Should not be consumed by pregnant or lactating women and children below 18 years old. Should not be consumed if you are consuming other products containing green tea on the same day. Do not consume a daily amount of 800 mg of EGCG [(-)-epigallocate- chin-3-gallate] or more.
