Usage
The way you take creatine can vary depending on your personal goals and preferences, but a general guideline to follow might be as follows:
- Loading phase: During the first 5-7 days of taking creatine, you can opt to do a "loading phase". During this period, it is recommended to consume around 20 grams of creatine per day, divided into 4 doses of 5 grams. This loading phase can help saturate your muscles with creatine more quickly.
- Maintenance phase: After the loading phase, you can reduce your creatine intake to 3-5 grams per day. This amount is sufficient to maintain creatine levels in the muscles.
