Ingredients

Protein blend ( whey protein isolate (emulsifier: soy lecithin), whey protein concentrate, hydrolyzed whey protein isolate), fat-reduced cocoa powder, flavorings, sweeteners (sucralose, acesulfame K), digestive enzyme blend (amylase, protease, cellulase, beta-D-galactosidase, lipase).

Usage

Mix one measuring spoon (30.4 g) with 180-240 ml of cold water, stir until the protein is completely dissolved. You can adjust the intensity of the flavor by adding more or less water.

Create your own cocktail: For better results, you can use Gold Standard 100% Whey immediately after training together with creatine, glutamine, BCAA amino acids and concentrated carbohydrate powder.
