Usage

Usage: Recommended daily dose: adults take 1 portion (10 g of powder) per day, mixed with water or other liquid of choice. Take 20 - 30 minutes before training.

Warnings: Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Contains caffeine. Not recommended for children and pregnant women (150 mg of caffeine in 1 serving). Do not use nutritional supplements to replace a full and balanced diet!
