Ingredients
Speculoos: Rice flour, ground Speculoos biscuits [wheat flour, sugar, vegetable oils (palm, rapeseed), sugar syrup, raising agent (sodium carbonate), salt, cinnamon], flavourings, lecithin, sucralose, vanillin, Digezyme®.

Joe's peanut: Rice flour, defatted peanuts, lecithin, salt, sucralose and Digezyme®.
Choco latte: Rice flour, cocoa, flavourings, lecithin, Sicramix®, Digezyme®.
Usage
Add 1-2 scoops to a bowl, add 200-300 ml of water - mix well and enjoy.
Taking it around 30 to 60 minutes before your workout will help you maximise your energy availability when you need it most.
