Ingredients
Isolate protein and peptide blend (whey peptides, whey protein isolate, whey protein isolate 97%), whey protein concentrate, maltodextrin, calcium carbonate, natural and artificial flavours, soya or sunflower lecithin, resin blend (cellular) Xanthan gum, carrageenan), Enzyplex (papain, amylase), salt, sucralose, acesulfame-potassium. Contains milk and soya ingredients. Processed in a facility that processes wheat, eggs, tree nuts, peanuts, fish and shellfish.
Use
Mix 1 to 2 portions (1 to 2 scoops) with 180 to 360 ml cold water or skimmed milk in a glass or shaker. Use between meals and after exercise. Drink 8 to 10 glasses of water during the day. For optimal results, take 4 scoops daily for at least 6 weeks.
