As a glucose metabolite from the carboxylic acid group, malate stimulates insulin and significantly supports the transport and absorption of creatine into muscle cells at rest and metabolism during exercise.
Creatine malate is a form of creatine that is more soluble and absorbable, has a longer storage life and is more efficiently converted to phosphocreatine than traditional creatine supplements. Taking 3 g of creatine per day promotes an increase in physical endurance during short, repetitive, high-intensity exercise.
TCM Mega Caps® creatine malate has much better water solubility than traditional monohydrate. Solubility is extremely important for absorption as the body can only absorb substances that have dissolved from the gastrointestinal tract.

Ingredients
84,6% creatine malate (tricreatine malate), filler: microcrystalline cellulose, anti-caking agent: magnesium salts of fatty acids, capsule (gelatine, colour: E 171).
Recommended use: take 2 capsules 2 times a day - before breakfast, after exercise or before sleep with plenty of water.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
